Week 2: Customer Segments + Value Propositions + Channels
Homework: Brainstorm a need in society, and create at least 3 different products/services to meet that need. You can think of 3 different needs and have a solution for each, or 1 need and 3 solutions, it doesn't matter. Make it as realistic as possible, but also have fun and be creative! This is what you will be basing your business competition off of, so make sure that you actually put effort into it!

Week 3: Competition Information + Effective Teamwork
Homework: Once you receive a class list from David, those are your business teams. After, figure out the best way to communicate with ALL of your business team members (I recommend creating a facebook group or have a google hangout call/document), then one member from your team must email me your idea ([email protected]), explaining to me what it is, the value proposition, and the customer segment.
If any groups have similar ideas, whichever team emails me first will get that idea.
**This means by April 5th, your team will have a business idea, your value proposition, and customer segment all determined**

Homework: MUST HAVE IDEA FINALIZED. Must have your Company Name, Logo Design (online file), and Slogan ready for next class. For those teams that still don't have Value Proposition, Customer Segments, and Channels ready, you MUST have it. Otherwise, you will not be able to finish a project you will be proud to present by May 31st.
